1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The tour was wonderful. I had the best time and everything went incredibly smoothly. My experience lead me to consider spending more time in Japan. I especially liked that we explored so many different cities at a pace and budget that perfectly suited how I like to travel.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Anthony went above and beyond what I expected of him as our tour guide. The person I was with, Arlyn, had to leave the tour early. So, Anthony ensured that she got to the best airport transfer option for her, considering the difficulties navigating an airport transfer from Kyoto to KIX. Anthony also managed to purchase a couple of IC cards for my brother, who would arrive in Japan a couple days after our tour. While on tour, I was reading updates online about the scarcity of the IC cards which, by the day, became almost impossible to acquire. Yet, Anthony managed to find them and my brother and his son were the most appreciative beneficiaries. Amazingly, everything went like clockwork. In spite of the various mix of people, we never missed a train or were never late to any scheduled event or activity. Surprisingly, were generally just in time and rarely waited for anything.

I especially loved the traditional facilities at which we stayed.

The modes of transportation were all excellent. I just wish I could have learned how to navigate it all on my own.

The meals were excellent. It was wonderful to be taken to Anthony's favorite restaurants. And even the ones I randomly selected were great. Everything I ate in Japan was wonderful.
