1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
A memorable tour with a wonderful tour leader and group. A great mix of group activities and free time allowing independent exploring. Highly recommend.

Even arriving two days early, Yuri was available at the hotel to provide any guidance needed. She proved to be the best of tour leaders, quietly keeping everything running smoothly, flexible and adaptable where needed and always caring and mindful of group and individual needs. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

I thought the transport was very good. I really enjoyed catching the bullet trains and Yuri had all our connections organised smoothly. Luggage forwarding worked well.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Meals were amazing. Yuri was able to advise on choices on the occasions meals weren’t included and I am sure everyone was satisfied. Sometimes there’s was a lot of food, as at the ryokan accomodation. Very happy on the second night that Yuri gave us the option of a couple of dishes to minimise wastage.

I had not been on an organised tour previous to this one, and I loved it. Loved the group size and leadership. Knowledge and input from day guides was also amazing. Brett was our guide for the day in Tokyo and gave us so much insight into the Japanese lifestyle, culture and history. You miss these things travelling on your own. I enjoyed still having free time to be still and enjoy surroundings or explore independently. I felt it was like travelling with a group of friends rather than a tour group.
