Next month sees the internationally acclaimed art event Design Festa come to
Tokyo. Held on the weekend of November 9th and 10th, the event sees more than 7,000 artists - both professional and non-professional - descend on the
Tokyo Big Sight.
Creative individuals from 68 different countries, including Iceland, Mexico and Polynesia, will be attending the freestyle event.
According to the official website, Design Festa "welcomes all exhibitors from various genres and countries This two day event is guaranteed to stimulate creative energy amongst all visitors and exhibitors".
Design Festa is a perfect opportunity for budding artists to showcase their work to a new audience.
First held in 1994, the event is held twice a year and is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors to the Japanese capital's biggest exhibition centre.
Exhibiting work at this year's Design Festa will be artists such as Yuutsu No Mori, Hitomi Kazuya, Komatsu Mayumi and Mikeya Baikadou.
