A great annual event for all hop-heads in Japan is set to return to the city of
Osaka next month, coming to the Kyocera Dome Sky Hall arena.
This dome will be home to the Great Japanese Beer
Festival from the 16th to 18th July, which is set to showcase some of the country's best breweries, along with worldwide beer-makers.
More than 120 brewers from across the world will set up their stalls at the beer
festival, where the Japan Craft Beer Association (JCBA) will announce the winner prestigious Japan Beer Cup.
The Great Japanese Beer
Festival is organised and supported by the JCBA, who held a similar event in
Tokyo from the 4th to the 5th of June.
Finally, this mini-tour of the Great Japanese Beer
Festival will call into Shiratori Hall at the
Nagoya Congress Centre, where it will stay from 6th to 7th August. This stop represents the first time the
festival has visited
Nagoya.
