Tokyo Marathon

The Tokyo Marathon has only been running since 2007 but we have already had our staff member Harry Sargant (see main pic above) take part and check out the course!

The race takes place in 2012 on Sunday February 26th. The course starts out from the Shinjuku government buildings and takes in historic Asakusa, the Bayside Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower and the Meiji shrine en-route.

There is also a 10km race on the same day if you wish to take a slightly easier option!

There are some 30,000 places up for grabs and participation is on a lottery basis. We can bypass this however with a guaranteed registration and accommodation package. The package includes 5 nights accommodation with breakfast in Tokyo, a Tokyo transport pass and the race entry fee. 3 star and 4/5 star accommodation options are available.
