1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I usually plan my trips myself, but Japan seemed overwhelming to me for some reason. I knew what I wanted and Bobby listened. I have a friend who is a Japanese descent and when I showed her my itinerary, she was so impressed and said you’re doing so many things that are so fun! Things I’ve never done. The organization and flow of the trip were perfect for me and the destinations were wonderful. Everything that I thought I wanted from Japan I achieved thanks to Bobbi.

Very organized and thoughtful planning. Very easy to follow the plan.

Both of my guides were excellent and allowed me to tell them what I wanted to see and gave me suggestions along the way. I especially enjoyed my Kyoto experience with Aubrey. He took me to a tiny little Japanese restaurant that was in somebody’s kitchen and we had such a great time.
