1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Really, really good. I was so impressed that you think of everything not in terms of clients' 'holidays' but our 'experiences' dealing with you start to finish. Having a consistent contact who was really responsive, having a tailor-made itinerary that you built around the things we were interested, and heading off to a far-flung destination knowing there was support on the ground and back in the UK all made for a really positive, joined-up experience of your service.

She was outstanding. So responsive, professional, and really listened to our questions and the things we wanted to get from the trip. It was always clear that Laura was one step ahead in terms of organising the fundamentals and helping us to get the best from the experience - I never had to prompt her for anything, and never worried that she'd forgotten about anything to do with our trip! Incredibly organised and easy to deal with. She's a credit to you. Thank you Laura!!

Great range of different places, but consistently high standards. Quality definitely exceeded our expectations.
5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Having the JR pass is obviously a must-have. Having the Maneca cards pre-loaded with credit and info about how to use them was brilliant. We loved that you even included the envelope to send them on to Second Harvest.
6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Ren in Tokyo was fantastic - he just 'got' the sorts of things we'd benefit from knowing on day 1 in Japan, showed us how to use the metro, sorted out our rail pass exchanges, told us all sorts of relevant stuff about the day to day experience of being a Japanese person. He's a star. Kiyoko is a bit of a legend too - she worked so hard to cover Kyoto with us in a day, and timed everything to perfection. We especially appreciated how savvy she was about e.g. timing lunch so we could try okonomiyaki in a really great little place (before it got rammed), taking taxis to maximise what we could do together, and answering our questions about Japanese culture and people.

You would be our first port of call, and we have already recommended you to friends! You put together an excellent itinerary for us that met our needs perfectly, executed it without a hitch, and kept us in the loop at every stage. For me, those things mean you nailed it!
