1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had trouble with the driving company at the end of our trip, and there were a few things not in the packet that we had trouble figuring out on our own.

Dagny did an awesome job creating the best itinerary for us!! We had last minute changes and she was there with quick responses and a friendly attitude every time!

staying in a ryokan and temple are a must!!

Transport to the airport at the end was not good. I have sent Dagny Wise a review about that.

Our guides were amazing!!! We brought them gifts of beef jerky and that was a hit!
