Private transfers were always on time and excellent. Having pre-charged IC cards was very helpful.

Richard Hawkins in Osaka for the Food Tour was excellent and Mazada San in Kyoto for the bike tour was also excellent.

Travel guides are very useful and booking of all the ground transportation as well as the excellent itineraries.
