Service was great, prompt, and thorough. Exactly what we wanted and more.

Nicole was incredibly helpful in our trip planning. I had confidence in her listening to our group needs, that we were on the same page with regards to trip planning, and that things would get planned as discussed.

The Kyoto townhome was fantastic, as were the ryokans. We were really happy with the balance of traditional vs hotel accommodations.
5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Trains were great and generally well timed. I wish detailed bus route maps had been available, but once we got the hang of things, it was fine.
6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The guides were fantastic! Very accommodating, flexible, and knowledgeable.
