1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
As experienced travellers we didn't need a fully guided tour but knew that it would be hard to navigate Japan without some help. The self-guided tour was perfect for us and the documents from InsideJapan were invaluable for helping us get around and make the most of our time.

Lots of variety from luxurious to basic. Some of the beds were very hard and some rooms had little space to store clothes. The most comfortable were Richmond Matsumoto & Trusty Kanazawa.
5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Shinkansen are brilliant and everything was very efficient. The scenery is spectacular from the buses in the alps.
6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Both were good although half a day is probably enough.
7. How do you rate the usefulness and standard of information in the Info-Pack?
