1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From the outset, all communication was friendly and efficient. The materials provided were superb. we would highly recommended you as a travel operator to others.

Julia was my first point of contact. From that initial chat, I felt reassured that we were in the capable hands of people who really knew their stuff. Julia has been extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable throughout. She ensured that we were fully happy with an itinerary she put together for us before any payments were made, tweaking it to include what we were specifically looking for. Thank you, Julia.

3. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Generally, we found the accommodation to be good. The hotel in Magome was superb with the sports centre / onsens next door. We found the accommodation in Hakone to be extremely friendly, but in need of a general clean. We both got bitten by something following sleeping on the futon mattresses.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The Shinkansens were amazing! Buses were ridiculously punctual (in a good way) and reliable. The transfer on the final day was very early and very long. We were a tad perplexed as to why we were the other side of Tokyo to the departure airport. Lovely hotel though!
