1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Bruno and the inside japan team were excellent in every way, from assisting us with making the choice about where to go and what to do to ensuring that all our needs were looked after. As you would expect, the team have exceptional knowledge and insights to Japan, making the booking experience so much easier. Everything they organised was exceptional, the materials were delivered prior to departure taking some of the pre trip stress away, the tickets were waiting at our hotel as promised, the guide who met us at ki Tanabe was so helpful and friendly, giving us great advice in how to make the best use of our day, even organising for the bus driver to drop the bags at our hotel before carrying on to drop us at the trek, couldn’t have done it without her! Even at the end of our trip when the weather was against us and trains got cancelled the team were exceptional in the support they gave, through translation over the phone with train staff and providing advice and support for alternative travel plans that got us back on track instead of being stranded for days! Can’t thank the team enough for exceptional us to drop service and support

Bruno was very helpful in providing guidance and support for our travel plans for Japan. Everything was exceptionally well organised and communicated in the lead up to the trip. Even in the travel documents there was a letter explaining my allergies in Japanese which came in very handy. Everywhere that Bruno had booked for us was very well briefed. Had we not already planned and booked most of our trip I would have definitely relied on Bruno to organise and plan more of our trip, he clearly knew what he was talking about. Will definitely be going back to Japan and contacting Bruno to assist in making the most of our next Japan adventure
3. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?
4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The accommodation was perfect. The facilities were clean, well maintained and very comfortable, better than I would have expected when trekking. Yosemine Onsen was beautiful and the staff were amazing, really loved every minute. The food was out of this world with every meal a work of art. I feel we really experienced some of the best of the additional Japan on a budget, loved it loved it loved it, even The communal bathing!
5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
As you would expect, trains were amazing. The bus system was confusing but once we figured it out and with a little help from the guide, easy. Unfortunately bad weather did mean that the train back to Osaka was cancelled which could have left the s stranded for a few days, but thanks to phone support from the team and liaison with the station staff, we were able to get the last seats on a bus
6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We briefly met a guide for orientation at Ki Tanabe station. She was brilliant, Explaining everything in great detail right down to the weather reports for the 4 day trek. She had also given thought to the itinerary and provided some great advice as to how to make the most of our time. She helped us buy bus tickets jets, spoke to the bus driver and hotel, organising for us to drop our bags off without having to get off the bus so we could then continue on our journey to visit the shrine as it was unlikely that with the time we were going to make it there and back in daylight

I think I have already answered this question Exceptional customer service Experience, expertise and knowledge of Japan as well as understanding of the type of trip we we looking for Confidence in that you guys really know what you are doing and that when things go wrong we can rely on you to be there for us Quality of package/trip info/recommendations and value for money You made it so easy!
