1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had an excellent first trip to Japan. We took the self-guided Autumn Splendour. It was vital for us to have all aspects of the trip well organized and providing us with confidence that all the details are well tuned. And we received a great guidance and advise. Scheduling the hotels and all aspects of travelling using different transport modes was right on. The places we have visited and witnessed local treasures gave us a great sense what Japan is about. The local treasurers covered food, culture, places, events taking places at the time of the visit. The fluency and pace of the trip was well measured. The provided options for at each location we were visiting was an excellent summary which helped to streamline our points of interests.

Natalie provided excellent support and guidance throughout all stages of organizing the trip. Addressed all the questions and clarification. Also was in close contact during our trip in Japan to address our questions and concerns we had, after the typhoon hit the Kanto region we were just visiting. Some reorganization of the transport for the last leg of our trip needed to take place due to damaged train tracks, and it was well taken care. Also, Natalie contacted us instantly when due to a new emperor enthronement we took a taxi instead of scheduled bas. May street we were to be blocked and t would take longer to get to airport. She was concerned that we missed the bus. Nice touch.

The trip was well addressed, we had a great level of confidence heading to Japan for the first time. Natalie made sure to address all questions, concerns in highly professional manner. We travel quite often and it was the first time we decided to take self-guided tour through travel agency. It was great experience.
