The bus trip to the Quarter finals was absolutely awful - so bad it has nearly caused me to change my overall rating. We were sold a pup and the staff on the ground were very slow to do anythig let alone apologise. If I were runnig the company, Id be minded to recognise just how bad the experience was for your customers and proactively apolgise.
