1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service offered by InsideJapn tours was excellent both before, during and after our trip.

He was extremely helpful and friendly and we didn't feel any pressure about doing certain trips etc. It was great to hear from here in the first few days of our trip so we could ask any questions we may have had.
