Fantastic service. Everything work perfectly.

Lily was absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Out hotel in Kyoto - Vista Premio was really excellent. It was in a good location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it had some useful extras like a launderette.
5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We very much enjoyed the train travel.
6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We has three professional guides and all were excellent. Kenzo our guide in Kyoto was extremely good and his English was excellent so it was possible to ask him about quite complicated subjects e.g. politics. Also the guide for the Tokyo Bay bike tour was lovely. It was only a short evening ride but was one of our highlights.
