1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Brilliant. Full information provided in a very comprehensive and informative package, it really made the holiday a doddle leaving us time to enjoy. Good communication eg e mail telling g us of the closure of the ropeway.

Again first class, plenty but not to much communication, felt personal but not intrusive. Anna was incredibly enthusiastic about our holiday and did everything to ensure we enjotyed it.

Generally the beds are rock hard, the futons on the floor being more comfortable. All meals included ok.
