The standard of service at the hotels was fantastic.

Taxi drivers always there and very courteous. Shinkansen journeys were fantastic and arranging the tickets and seats as set out in the guide, very easy. The flights were great and exceeded expectations in terms of comfort.

We learnt so much from travelling with yourselves. It is an expensive place to travel to so if visiting again would possibly spend a bit more time assessing accommodation options and means of reducing costs.
