1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We felt you dealt with the detail of our trip extremely well an you came up with things we would not have thought about doing ourselves but were just perfect e.g. trip to Hakone and staying in a traditional ryokan and staying in a different part of Tokyo at the end i.e. Asakusa. You also phoned when you said you were going to phone and hence kept in touch with us throughout.

Naomi was brilliant. She seemed to personalise our itinerary so well. It was all done over the phone which was great for us.
