1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
(This was our first guided tour experience ever so I have nothing to compare this one with.) Well organised with an unflappable guide. Time management was excellent.

Gabrielle never became impatient or flustered at any time. She allowed us ample time for every arrangement of each step of our trip.

We had a family from the USA. They had too much luggage afaic. Dragging 4 rolling bags through quiet rural streets in the morning ruined the tranquillity of our departure from Gora. The rest of us had a backpack each as requested by your paperwork.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Gabrielle’s choices at our restaurant dinners was exemplary. She really made us try things out of our comfort zones! I really enjoyed all the food but I’m not picky at all. I think some found breakfast difficult with cereal and toast not commonly found. &128521
