1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Well organised. Necessary details provided ahead of time.

We were well looked after by Masa throughout the tour. It would have been difficult to get around with our poor Japanese language skills.Allowed adequate time at each site.

Excellent. My husband founf the stay atryokan challenging (difficulty sleeping on floor)

Good variety - able to experience bullet train, local trains and buses as well as great tour bus driver.
7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
At many restaurants there was a variety which made it easier. I have found difficulty with traditional Japanese food (especially at ryokan). At least we were able to try, but haven't become a fan.
8. How do you rate the usefulness and standard of information in the Info-Pack?
