1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Both Matthew while on travel and Daniel (pre and post) provided excellent service. As a single older woman traveling by myself with a small group, I felt watched over and taken care of during all phases of the trip.

Personable and knowledgeable about Japan and the areas in which we were traveling.

When I asked for western style beds during a stay at a roykan inn, it was arranged for without a fuss.

The food offerings were excellent. Although it was almost a bit too much food for someone used to eating only two meals a day.
