The hotel in matusomoto had pretty crappy beds, and talking to others on the trip they were inconsistent in either being too hard or too soft. Rest of the trip was good.

Thank you for your comment about the beds at your hotel in Matsumoto. We do try to keep on top of the quality of the properties we book for our clients and your feedback about the beds being sub-par is something I will keep in mind when considering accommodation in Matsumoto.
