1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
All expectations met and exceeded. It was nice that they gave us a partial refund on the Washington hotel.

She had very interesting things to do and see. She answered most questions we had. Very friendly.

No complaints, but no problems for Shakira to deal with.

Almost all were excellent in terms of food quality. A couple that were so-so had a lot of entertainment value.The American Bar was our least favorite. Sometimes a bit of commentary on the food items would have been useful i.e. what they were.

Very satisfied with the trip. Got a lot more out of the trip than if we'd planned it ourselves.
