1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall the trip was wonderful, Rob the tourguide did an excellent job guiding us around, personalising parts of the trip for people as well as providing considerable amounts of background knowledge to the attractions we were visiting.

Absolutely amazed the depth of knowledge, willingness to assist, and just general niceness of tourguide Rob made the trip so worthwhile

Messages went unanswered for a very long time, apparently they were ending up in the spam folder. This was eventually discovered, but it made for quite a few stressful months of not knowing whether this was a real company or an elaborate scam
4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

Had some issues with showers not functioning fully in the Western style hotels. Rooms are small (to be expected). Staying in the traditional ryokans and temple lodgings is a very different experience, and one where you may not get a lot of sleep but still worth it
6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Initial info pack listed a North exit from the monorail station to find the hotel - there was no North exit, so took Central exit which seemed to work out fine. Travelling on the local train networks, buses, and shinkansen was very interesting and effective. Much better public transport than parts of Australia. Good mix of public transport, walking, and occasional taxis
7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Breakfasts were very impressively presented at the temple lodgings and ryokans. Buffet style mornings at the Western style hotels generally had a mix of Western and Eastern options to choose from, most had coffee options. The recommendations from the guide (Rob) on where to go for lunches and dinners that were not as a group were detailed and useful, solid suggestions for varied options in each location so you were never stuck for choice

Tourguide Rob was fantastic, I would be tempted to book a tour just knowing he was running it regardless of the destinations involved as I know he would explain things thoroughly, give a lot of background information, and provide considerate options for restaurants or alternate activities. Other than that, it was useful to have so many of the transport details pre-arranged, including things like luggage forwarding
