1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We enjoyed an outstanding trip--the guides were exceptional, and the hotels were exceptionally comfortable and centrally located.

Rachel was accommodating and flexible. She also agreed to work with us with relatively short notice prior to our trip and managed to secure exclusive bookings at hotels, restaurants, and with guides.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport was all excellent. In fact, we missed one of our trains (we thought the departure time was 10:10 and it was 10:01) and the local customer service folks helped us get on a train where there were available seats in business class for no charge. It was a huge relief--we were only delayed by ~5 mins in the end.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Our first guide in Tokyo was truly exceptional as were our guides in Hiroshima and in the geisha district of Kyoto.

We enjoyed the vacation more because we didn't have to worry about all the logistics. The hotels were luxury and the guides were highly knowledgeable.
