Destinations Holiday & Travel Show welcomes the UK’s largest independent Japan specialists
As a sign of the growing popularity of Japan and the growth of its business InsideJapan Tours is for the first time exhibiting at Destinations Earls Court (Feb 4-7) and Birmingham NEC (Mar 5-7) with its own stand.
InsideJapan Tours has had a presence at the Earls Court show, in association with the Japan National Tourism Organization, since 2001 but in 2010 the operator has a larger presence and a team of experts, all of whom have lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout Japan, on hand to talk about all things Japanese to anyone thinking of heading to this inspirational country.
Alastair Donnelly, InsideJapan Tours Director, comments: “The whole world is represented at Destinations, but despite the array of holiday options Japan is definitely finding itself on more and more travellers’ ‘must-do lists’ and rightly so.
“Japan remains a mystery to many with its unique culture, completely different to anywhere else in the world, and there is more to it than neon lights, sumo and sushi, with secluded temples, rare wildlife and stunning natural scenery to discover”.
He adds: “This show and our new stand give people the opportunity to meet our experts, feel their passion for the country and it reflects the quality of our services which has earned us recognition through a number of travel awards.”
InsideJapan Tours has a variety of unique small group tours, pre-planned self-guided adventures and can tailor-make holidays to suit anyone and any interest throughout Japan, from the subtropical islands of Okinawa to the snow lover’s powder paradise of Hokkaido.
Copies of the new edition of the Japan Self-Guided Adventures and Small Group Tours brochures will be available at the show. Japan Self-Guided Adventures highlights popular itineraries such as the nine-night ‘Golden Route’ and the 14-night ‘Gardens of Japan’ trips, while Small Group Tours includes the successful new 13-night budget tour, ‘Japan Unmasked’.
The show’s Japanese flavour will also be sweetened with the powerful sound of Taiko drums performing on the World Entertainment stage on Saturday and Sunday (Feb 6-7). InsideJapan Tours is exhibiting on stand AP17 next to the Wanderlust photo exhibition and close to the JNTO stand.
InsideJapan will also be showing independently at the Birmingham NEC Destinations Travel Show (Mar 5-7) on stand AP23 next to Aito.
