Japanese golfer Ai Miyazato has won the HSBC Women's Champions tournament in Singapore.
Ahead of the final day of the event, Miyazato was joint second with American golfer Juli Inkster and the victory sees her become the second player in history to win the first two opening events on an LPGA tour schedule.
In February, she won the Honda PTT LPGA Thailand event.
Her winning score in Singapore was three-under par 69 and saw her walk away with the prize money of $1.3 million (£859,000).
Speaking to MediaCorp following her victory, Miyazato spoke of her troubles ahead of the event.
"Because this tour is at such a high level, you know, I did lose my confidence. But many people have supported me thus far and I just want to thank them right now for what they have done for me," she explained.
Following her victory, Miyazato rose to fourth in women's world rankings.
