This 13 night trip explores the very best of Japan in a fun and enchanting experience. Beginning in vibrant Tokyo you have 3 nights in a large family room. As well as a half day guiding, tickets to Studio Ghibli are included.

Trading urban for natural next comes the verdant Hakone National Park, home to bubbling volcanic pools and beautiful views of Mt Fuji. Here you will experience the delights of a Japanese inn, basking in a multi-room Japanese suite.

The Japan Alps beckon with a trip to the small rural town of Takayama; breathe in the clean mountain air when taking a guided bike ride.

Kyoto, the cultural nexus of the nation is your next base for 3 nights, staying in a beautiful, private machiya townhouse. As well as a half day with a knowledgeable private guide, you will try your hand at traditional cloth dyeing.

The penultimate stop of this fabulous journey is the coastline of the stunning Ise-Shima National Park where you can enjoy both the beach and copious hot spring baths.

Breakfast is included every day (except for the Kyoto stay) and evening meals are included in Hakone and Ise-Shima. Airport transfers are both by private car with meet and greet on arrival.
