Everything was organized perfectly well including accommodation and transport. The package in general and the itinerary are thought out carefully and professionally.

Accommodation and transport were great. There couldn't have been a better way to integrate with the Japanese people, see how they live and feel their pulse. The info pack was very helpful and extremely precise. The programme was beautifully balanced with organised excursions and free time.
All in all it was a great experience and, given the circumstances, we were glad that we were travelling with Inside Japan Tours, for we felt safe and cared for at all times.

The information you provided through email and post was of excellent quality and there was nothing left out. The directions to hotels were so much help and we did not get lost. Booking from Australia there is always that initial concern of not knowing an overseas company but I have already recommended you to family and friends. We would definatley use Inside Japan again as you made our holiday so much easier from the initial email expressing interest to the very last day booking the train for us back to the airport so we had more time to enjoy Japan rather than having to worry about the small details. Overall our trip to Japan was hands down the best trip we've taken and InsideJapan Tours played a big role in that. To start off, the Info-Packs provided were invaluable. For example, we arrived in Tokyo a few days before our tour and were travelling to Takayama first. With the help of the train travel directions provided by InsideJapan Tours, we were able to easily navigate our way around on our own which would not have been the case if we were trying to figure it out ourselves, having no knowledge of Japanese. The small tour group size was great because it felt like we had a personalized tour guide to ourselves even though we were on a tour with 8 to 10 other people. And it was small enough that we could get to know all the others on the tour if we chose to. Also we could easily get around together on the local transportation as a small group.

The tour had a good mix of guided tour days and days with free time to explore on our own after we'd gotten the hang of the local transportation.

The accommodation was very good, nice clean places. We used public transport, which was good so we got an idea and chance to mix in with locals. Right from the start from the booking till the end the staff here and there are very considerant and flexiable. They were flexable with payments, add on, extra's. It was excellent customer service all along. They really go the extra miles to make you comfortable & happy and make the trip extra special. The trip was a memoriable experience and I really enjoyed it. Thanks alot to all those who made it possiable.
