How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Poor Customer Rating
Outside of our initial conversation with Maddy, we felt completely abandoned.

Our conversation with Maddy was fine, but we had requested a guide to help us around Akihabara (which should have been the highlight of the trip), and the guide chosen had no real knowledge of the area.

How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?
Poor

How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Met my expectations
Generally okay, but I felt like we could have stayed in simpler, cheaper places and been fine. Also, on our last day, the hotel refused to make a simple breakfast box so we could have some sort of breakfast which we already paid for. This has been standard at every single other hotel we've gone to.

Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport was through JR, and not through the company.

Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We wanted a guide to show us around Akihabara, which was one of the trip highlights for me as a long-time anime fan. Our guide was a nice woman, but she didn't really know much about the area. She was fine for the usual Tokyo tours, but not what we had requested.

How do you rate the usefulness and standard of information in the Info-Pack?

Japan was excellent. InsideJapan wasn't.

Would you consider travelling to Japan again?

Would you travel again with InsideJapan Tours?
No
We were basically abandoned with a guide filled with irrelevant/incorrect information. We paid for expert advice and guidance, but we ended up just figuring out everything ourselves. Everything InsideJapan did for us I could probably have done myself with a few Google searches.
