Exceeded my expectations
Our accomodation was upgraded and we did extremely well. The ryokan was fantastic and even the temple lodgings werre excellent.

Couldnt fault Japanese trains.

We loved it.

General Comments
Highlight was onsen in Hyaru in the snow. Soaking in a hot pool with outside temperature of -5 and snow falling made for an unforgettable birthday!
